How It Works

How to Check a Page’s SEO

Get an on-page SEO report in four simple steps.

Enter a Page URL

Paste the full address of any public web page, such as a home page, blog post or product page.

Run the Check

We fetch the page and its robots.txt file, then analyze the HTML in a few seconds.

Review the Results

Checks are grouped into six categories and sorted so issues and warnings appear first.

Fix and Re-Check

Use the explanation under each result to fix problems, then run the check again to confirm.

What We Check

On-Page SEO Made Clear Actionable

The checker reads the page the way a search engine crawler does: it follows redirects, reads robots.txt rules for Googlebot, and inspects the HTML for indexing directives, meta tags, headings, structured data and links. Every result explains what was found and why it matters.

1/ Crawling & Indexing

HTTP status, redirects, HTTPS, noindex in meta robots and X-Robots-Tag headers, robots.txt rules, sitemaps and canonical tags.

2/ Content & Meta Tags

Title and meta description length, H1 and heading structure, word count, language and character encoding.

3/ Mobile, Schema & Links

Viewport, Open Graph and X cards, favicon, JSON-LD and microdata, image alt text, internal and external links.
