Data used in the tool
- Lead coverage and payout data: LeadSmart Coverage dataset by RankLocal, licensed under CC BY 4.0. Changes: the data is re-processed and aggregated by iRankFlow (city, state, niche and bundle summaries; derived scores and estimates).
- City, county, population and density data: US Cities Database by SimpleMaps, licensed under CC BY 4.0. Changes: matched to ZIP codes and summarised by city and state.
- Map tiles: © OpenStreetMap contributors.
Micro niches, keyword ideas, fit scores and profit estimates are generated by iRankFlow and are not part of the third-party data. iRankFlow is not affiliated with LeadSmart, RankLocal or SimpleMaps.
